Terms of service

The plain-language version: be kind, don’t resell or share the pattern files, and we’ll always try to make things right.

Last updated: [Add date you publish these terms]. These terms govern your use of bonitodiacrochet.com and the digital products sold here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Bonito Día Crochet (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by [Your registered legal name], based in Peru. You can reach us at hello@bonitodiacrochet.com.

Payment and merchant of record

Purchases on this site are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and consumer-protection obligations on our behalf. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your transaction in addition to ours.

What you get

Our products are digital files (PDF patterns) and, in the future, online video courses. After you buy, you’ll receive a download link by email and a copy in your library on this site. By placing an order for a digital product, you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is lost upon delivery.

Licence to use the pattern

When you buy a pattern, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own crochet projects. You may sell the finished pieces you crochet from our patterns (at craft fairs, in small online shops, etc.). You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or post the pattern file itself in part or in whole.

Acceptable use

Please don’t try to break, scrape, or attack the site, and please don’t use the site for anything illegal. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being abused.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and won’t be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Peru / your jurisdiction of choice], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site.
