All products are digital. Right after checkout you’ll receive an email with a download link and a copy in your library on this site. Nothing is shipped physically.
Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. By completing checkout you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge your right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery (where consumer law allows that waiver).
We will refund or replace the product if: (a) the file we sent is unusable through our fault (e.g. corrupted, missing pages), or (b) you were charged in error. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll fix it.
Write to hello@bonitodiacrochet.com from the email used at checkout. Tell us the order number (or order email) and what’s wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the merchant of record. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method.
