    Why makers come back

Patterns that feel like a friend walking you through every stitch.

We obsess over the little details so you can relax and enjoy the making.

    • Photo-by-photo guidance

Every awkward bit is shown, not just the easy ones. If we paused to figure it out, you get a picture of it.

    • Bilingual — English & Spanish

Every pattern is written in both languages so you can crochet in whichever one feels like home.

    • Tested by real makers

Patterns are checked before they go live, with notes on yarn, hooks, and the moments where it’s easy to lose count.

    About the maker

Hola, soy Bonito Día — patterns I’d give a friend.

Bonito Día started as a Sunday hobby in Lima and slowly turned into a small shop on Etsy and Ravelry. Every pattern is something I made for myself first, then rewrote so it would be just as fun (and a little less head-scratchy) for whoever picks it up next.

    From our makers

Warm words from people who picked up a hook.

    • I was completely new to crochet and worried I'd never figure out shaping. The photos in every step made me feel like a friend was sitting next to me. I finished my first amigurumi without ripping anything out — I'm still in shock.

      Lucía R.

      Maker, Lima

    • Bought the Nativity Holy Family for my mum last Christmas. She actually cried. The instructions are so clear, even reading them in my second language — I never had to guess.

      Maria José A.

      Maker, Madrid

    • These are the patterns I wish I'd had when I started. Honest about the tricky parts, photos that save you every time, and a tone that doesn't make you feel silly for asking. Worth every cent.
